Registration & access

How do I become a B2B partner?

Complete the registration form and wait for our team to verify your company details. Once approved, you will receive login credentials for the B2B portal.

What information do you need from new clients?

We require basic company details, including VAT number and information about your business, so we can verify your eligibility for wholesale cooperation.

Orders & products

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum number of cartons. You can order any quantity you need.

Can I mix different flavours on a pallet?

Yes, mixing flavours on a pallet is possible.

What are the pallet configurations?

Soft drinks 355 ml: 216 cartons per EU pallet (12 cans per carton)
Arizona 650 ml: 48 cartons per EU pallet (24 cans per carton)
Basil Seed 290 ml: 48 cartons per EU pallet (24 bottles per carton)
Chupa Chups Drinks 345 ml: 99 cartons per EU pallet (24 cans per carton)

What is the difference between EU pallets and US pallets?

EU pallets measure 120 × 80 cm. Original US pallets measure 90.5 × 90.5 cm and are available only as full pallets.

What is a replacement carton?

A replacement carton is a substitute carton that we use when the original branded carton cannot be used (for example, if it is damaged or missing). A replacement carton typically contains 24 pcs.

Expiration & quality

How do you handle expiration dates (BBD)?

The portal shows the minimum or better BBD available for each product. Before picking your order, we always confirm the final BBD with you to make sure it meets your requirements.

Transport

Who arranges transport?

Transport can be arranged either by you or by us, depending on what you prefer.

How is the transport price determined if you arrange it?

We request current offers from transport companies. The transport price is sent to you for approval and only after your confirmation do we book the transport.

Is the transport price fixed?

No, transport prices are individual and depend on current carrier offers and the delivery destination.

Payments

What are the payment terms?

Payment is 100% in advance before loading.

Labelling

Can you label the goods?

Yes. If you provide the label text or file, we will prepare it and, after your approval of the final design, apply the labels to the goods. Labelling is charged as an additional service.

B2B portal

Is the B2B portal already active?

Yes. Once your registration is approved, you gain full access to real-time stock availability, wholesale pricing and online ordering.
